SysFera represented during the next "Grenoble Innovation Fair" october 5th and 6th, 2010

SysFera will be represented during the second edition of the "Grenoble Innovation Fair" GIF10 held on october the 5th and 6th, 2010 at the GRENOBLE-Alpexpo.

As described in the press kit of the GIF10 : "organized GRAVIT, GRAIN and PETALE, 3 organizations promoting innovation and forming the GRenoble Innovation Partners alliance, this 2-day international event, unique in France, will bring together research laboratories, high-growth start-ups and industries. The objectives of this event are to stimulate and develop new partnerships and technology transfers based on open innovation. GIF10 highlights include on-site demos of over 100 innovative turnkey technologies developed in the Alpine region (Grenoble, Lyon, Turin, Lausanne), conferences centered on the theme “Innovation and sustainability”, one-on-one business meetings, networking opportunities, and the GIF10 Awards."

SysFera will present its produtcs, services and some use cases of SysFera technologies.

The INRIA communicates on the five spin-offs from their project-teams which were prize-winners of the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche and OSÉO.

Several projects participated to this contest and five of them were selected: two in the "emergence" category and three in "creation-developpement" category.

SysFera is one of the five projects selected during the contest and among the three companies in category "creation-development".

SysFera is laureate of the 2010 OSEO contest!

All the SysFera team is proud to annonce that the company is one of the prize-winner of the 12th edition of the 2010 National Contest of OSEO and the Education and Research Ministry in the "Creation/Development" category!

It's the second following year that SysFera is rewarded by the Ministry of Superior Education and Research and OSÉO. Indeed, in 2009, the project of start-up had already been subsidized in the "Emergence" category.

SysFera will be represented during the ceremony on June 30th, 2010 at the Ministry of Superior Education and Research in the presence of Valérie Pécresse.

SysFera has been represented during the Ter@Tec forum that took place à the école Polytechnique, june, 15 & 16, 2010.

This forum has been a great event gathering experts of High performance Simulation and Computing for competitiveness, innovation and employment such as:

the CEA
BULL
Intel
etc.

The INRIA, as a leader in the world of simulation and high performance computing, was there to promote its researchers, its spin-offs, and thus SysFera.

DIET release "JS" 2.4 is available

DIET "JS" 2.4. the new version of DIET is available.

Workflow Management
- The workflow engine now supports in addition to the existing MAdag language a new workflow language that provides a higher level of abstraction with loops and conditional structures as well as operators on the data flows and multiple instanciation of services for parallel processing (language defined by the Gwendia project
Data Management improvement
- DAGDA can now return transfers progressions. Accessible from the API when activating a compilation option.
Dynamic hierarchy
- Added the possibility to dynamically change the hierarchy shape via CORBA calls.
Windows version
- Added the support of Windows platform inside Cygwin. DIET is now available on Windows through a port in Cygwin. It as been successfully tested on Cygwin 1.5.25 and Cygwin 1.7.1.
- It should be noticed that the workflow module is not available on this platform.
Compilation improvement
- Compilation process in general has been improved to remote cyclic dependancies between libraries during the link.
