SysFera is very happy to invite you on booth #4211 at SC11 which will be held in Seattle, WA, on the 14-17 November.
Here is a short overview of what you can expect to see!
SysFera-DS 2.0 unveiled
The SysFera team is very proud to showcase the latest version of the SysFera-DS software suite, the full-fledged, turnkey distribution for the management and mutualization of heterogeneous and distributed HPC resources. Come and chat with our team to learn all there is to know about SysFera-DS and what it can bring to your company.
A new version of SysFera-DS Core
The latest iteration of SysFera-DS includes a new version of SysFera-DS Core (a.k.a DIET 2.8, available on
http://graal.ens-lyon.fr/DIET/downl...). It features an improved code organization, more flexible and robust communications, increased cross-platform compatibility and much more, in addition to the usual heap of bugfixes!
More control with SysFera-DS Management System
To fully exploit SysFera-DS Core, we developed SysFera-DS Management System in close collaboration with a leading global utility company, in order to really address the problems of you, the customer. This set of plugins extends the Core functionalities in order to provide user-, task-, file- and information-management systems, allowing for a much more powerful and efficient usage of the SysFera-DS software suite.
Introducing SysFera-DS WebBoard 2
An SC11 exclusive, we will demo the new redesigned version of the SysFera-DS WebBoard. This user-friendly, collaborative web interface allows users and administrators alike to easily access, use, monitor and manage complex HPC infrastructures. Create a project, start and stop jobs, upload data or download results, monitor job executions, share results and documents - it’s all only a few clicks away. Less time fiddling around with complex computing infrastructures means less grumpiness from users... and more work done, too! Come see our live demo and see for yourself!
Our expertise, your freedom
At SysFera, we believe in the freedom of users and the power of a community. That’s why all the software we develop is released as open-source software under the CeCILL-A license (compatible with the GPLv2). The SysFera-DS packages are currently in the process of being integrated to the Debian distribution, with more coming later on.
You can also download our software directly
here for several distributions (Fedora 15, Fedora 16, Debian Sid). A .dmg for Mac OS X will be made available soon.
